4. Payment Terms

• All invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments beyond 7 days may attract a 5% late fee per week.
• Services may be paused or terminated for delayed payments without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom code, design elements, and deliverables created by Pixel Softlab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client except for any third-party assets or open-source libraries used, which remain under their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and access credentials in a timely manner.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing work and providing feedback during development phases.
• Failure to provide timely responses may delay project completion without liability on our part.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose any of our proprietary methods, tools, or pricing structures.

8. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct. The client may terminate the project with a written notice; however, any work completed to date must be paid in full.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Pixel Softlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Revisions and Support

Each project includes a set number of revisions as defined in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be billed separately. Ongoing support and maintenance are not included unless specified in the agreement.

11. External Links and Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or take responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
